Why is nutrition important?

  • The lighter you weigh, the harder it is to separate from your competition. If they are bigger than you, it's likely that they are also faster and stronger than you.

  • If you can't distinguish yourself, how do you expect to be recruited by the elite D1 schools?

How do you compare?

Our goal is simple. Ideally, you are be above the average weight of your grade. This means:

  • 6th grade - 115 lbs
  • 7th grade - 135 lbs
  • 8th grade - 160 lbs
  • 9th grade - 175 lbs
  • 10th grade - 195 lbs
  • 11th grade - 205 lbs

Our ability to be physically larger than our competition will provide us increased opportunities to get coach's attention.

"After being educated in how important weight is to be recruited, our son John went from 125 lbs in July 2023 (rising 7th grader) to 200 lbs in August 2025. That's 75lbs in 2 years, which has put him in a position to start on Varsity as a 9th grader in Florida."

"Coach Cole emphasized the importance of weight early on in our training sessions. After implementing the 6 meals a day quota, it's help build Ethan into a 200 lb 8th grader. This has given him the opportunity to already be recruited by colleges."

"When we started with QBDNA, my son Joel weighed 82 lbs as a 7th grader. After listening to how important his weight was, we made a concerted effort to stick to a regimented meal plan. Joel has since gained 48 lbs in 13 months."
